Pool was installed in the ground and back filled with dirt instead of slurry.
Dirt has collapsed the pool wall. Without water in the pool this is what can and will happen.
Pool wall has been pulled back and dirt will need to be removed and all pool rails cleaned. The wall will then be reinstalled and floor retuned.

So this customer hired an unlicensed, uninsured installer to set up their pool. The installer told them it was a brand new pool, which it wasn't, he painted it to look new, which it didn't. The pool was originally from the factory a 28' round pool, which he decided to make a 24' round pool, which you can't................
......Doughboy Pools come with a slide bar which is engineered to withstand the immense water pressure these pools are under. So the installer decided to make this 28' round pool a 24' round pool by cutting the slide rail out and installing his own nuts and bolts to secure the wall. Didn't work out to well. This pool blew out with such force, it shot metal 25 feet up into a tree 50 feet from the pool. All of her kids were swimming 45 minutes prior to this happening. Needless to say, they are very thankful no one was hurt as the water hurdled down the back of the property wiping out the pool equipment and electrical hookup. People please hire reputable businesses who are licensed and insured so these mistakes will not happen. We have been in business for 23 years and have had not one pool collapse. Just remember, "Skilled labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't skilled."
So we live and learn and move on....Old pool torn out and hauled away.
