Pool was installed in the ground and back filled with dirt instead of slurry.
Dirt has collapsed the pool wall. Without water in the pool this is what can and will happen.
Pool wall has been pulled back and dirt will need to be removed and all pool rails cleaned. The wall will then be reinstalled and floor retuned.
